Cellardoor at The Villa
Experience the vineyard
Located at the intersection of Routes 90 and 1 in Rockport, Cellardoor Winery at the Villa is our second tasting room and gift shop. We invite guests to visit here to get a sampling of the winery experience in town. The Villa, known as The Yellow House to locals, has a unique character with its historic Victorian architecture, elements “salvaged” from a once grand home on the Bowdoin College campus, glass conservatory and ornate decor. As the Winery’s barn has a calming aura about it, the Villa energizes the senses. Throughout the season, complimentary wine tastings are offered daily. With the addition of a second tasting bar, we will introduce our food and wine pairings on Saturdays for the upcoming season. Local chefs and artisan food, chocolate and cheese makers will be sampling their creations paired with our wines. The Villa also offers a wonderful boutique shopping experience with its selection of wine related accessories, specialty foods, and gifts.    |
